We ship Australia-wide. Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are usually packed the same day.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: $10 flat rate per order.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed:
- Metro areas: 2 to 4 business days.
- Regional areas: 3 to 6 business days.
- Remote areas: up to 8 business days.
You will get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers. We do not ship internationally.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
Sometimes carriers have delays outside our control, such as during peak periods or bad weather. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to fix it, including sending a replacement or refund where needed.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided, but we will help where we can.
